Provides an opportunity for participants to develop all aspects of their competence as psychological therapists. The unit has three main components: a theoretical component in which core principles of the psychotherapy process are introduced and discussed and in which research on the components of effective therapy is reviewed; skills development component in which the application of psychotherapy processes are modelled, criticised and rehearsed; and a supervision component in which videotapes of participants' psychotherapy sessions are reviewed. -- Course Website
